Being built along the Ambernath – Badlapur road, the Lodha Lifesciences Hub will be in close proximity to Dombivli and Ambernath, the newest research & development talent hubs in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The hub will comprise of lab space modules designed for varied requirements, multi-tenanted wet laboratories, incubation facilities, and plug & play office solutions.

Expected to be completed by 2023, the project will entail the development of ‘Encube Ethicals’ R&D Centre of Excellence. Encube Ethicals, an integrated pharmaceutical company, dedicated to topical products, will develop a research and development centre spread across ~1 lakh sq ft.

With Palava City’s commitment to create jobs and an environment where people can live, work, learn, and play in one place in a sustainable manner – Lodha Lifescience Hub is definitely one such move in the right direction.
