The Palava security team is known for being vigilant 24/7 and addressing every emergency immediately and efficiently. It recently was called on to locate a citizen’s pet that went missing from the neighbourhood.
Last week, close to midnight, the Head of Security received a frantic call from a group of citizens that one of them was unable to find his pet since afternoon. Known for their swift action, the security team conducted a basic enquiry about the pet’s usual routine and last known whereabouts before setting off for the search and rescue mission.
With the city’s neighbourhoods spread across over a few hundred acres, the team had to comb through extensive perimeters and navigate their way through poor visibility due to heavy rains. With every passing hour, the panic and concern rose though not once did the citizens doubt the capability and expertise of security personnel.
